The provision of technical and engineering services for all gas turbines used in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and power industries includes the following:
1. Overhaul
· Complete disassembly of the turbine
· Inspection of all components and subassemblies
· Replacement of defective parts
· Upgrading
· Reassembly and conducting necessary tests based on the turbine manufacturer's standards
2. Repairs Based on Need
All repair and maintenance work will be carried out based on customer
requirements.
3. Turbine Testing
This process includes a complete test of the turbine and its associated
equipment. The aim of this test is to ensure the correct performance of the
turbine and its subsystems, including proper mechanical function, thermal
power, output capacity, harmful gas emissions, vibrations, and the preparation
of a report and issuance of a performance certificate.
4. Rebuilding, Modernizing, and Increasing Efficiency
Rebuilding and modernizing all gas turbines, replacing components based on
turbine-related documentation, increasing turbine efficiency based on
engineering and operational analysis, and modernizing their control systems are
the primary tasks of this section.
5. Periodic Maintenance Scheduling and Execution
Based on the client's request, a preventive periodic maintenance schedule will
be prepared and implemented. The purpose of this maintenance is to ensure
existing technical capabilities, keep the turbine and its auxiliary equipment
operational, and prevent any failures or emergency turbine shutdowns.
6. Continuous Monitoring and Inspection of Turbine Status
Continuous monitoring and inspection of all parameters affecting the turbine's
performance and related equipment, including fuel consumption, optimizing
turbine output capacity, and reducing environmental pollutants, will be
performed.
