Quality Control Division

The Quality Control division is divided into two specialized laboratories:

      ·        Metallurgical laboratory

      ·        Metrological laboratory

These labs seamlessly collaborate and conduct both Non-Destructive (NDT) and Destructive Tests to oversee the control of all manufactured and refurbished components. Their focus is based on three critical areas:

      ·        Metallurgical Properties

      ·        Dimensional status

      ·        Functional accuracy

Below is a list of related analyses for each task:

      1.     Metallurgical Properties

      a.      Visual testing (VT)

      b.     Chemical composition and mechanical properties tests

      c.      Microstructure and Macrostructure Inspections

      d.     Penetrant Testing (PT)

      e.      Radiographic Testing (RT)

      2.     Dimensional Status

      a.      Manual Measurement

      b.     Ultrasonic Measuring

      c.      Laser Scanning

      d.     CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

      3.     Functional Accuracy

      a.      Flow testing

      b.     Balancing (Weight Charting)

      c.      Operational Testing

It is important to note that certain destructive tests, such as Stress Rupture tests and Tensile Tests, are often outsourced to accredited laboratories. Outsourcing these tests to accredited labs ensures the highest level of precision and compliance with industry standards, making it a common practice in product engineering and quality assurance processes.
